Up and coming Melbourne-based beatmaker Alice Ivy announces she has just inked a label deal in Australia and New Zealand with Dew Process / Universal Music Australia. Ivy joins label mates among the likes of fellow Australian acts Tkay Maidza, Ecca Vandal, Mallrat, Tired Lion as well as internationals London Grammar and James Vincent McMorrow.

In March 2017, Alice Ivy released her latest, blissed-out, electronic single ‘Get Me A Drink’ featuring Sydney’s E^ST and Melbourne rapper Charlie Threads on shared vocal duties which The Age placed at #8 in their “Best Songs Of 2017 So Far”. The track was added to high rotation at triple  as well as earned her acclaim from across the country with the likes of triple j’s Zan Rowe declaring in a recent interview with electronic tastemakers Stoney Roads “her production is really exciting and every song she’s uploaded to Unearthed has been stronger than the last”.

In 2016, the 23-year old artist/producer released a pair of singles, the cinematic ‘Touch’ and soul-soaked ‘Almost Here’ which collectively amassed 1.6 million plays on Spotify.

In the past 18 months, Alice Ivy has played more than 80 shows in 4 continents including lead supports for the likes of Remi, Banoffee, Hoodlem, Collarbones, E^ST and Urthboy. She has also completed two sold-out Australian headline tours, maiden dates in the USA and Singapore, Canadian Music WeekPLUS a stack of summer festivals including Splendour In The Grass, St Kilda Festival, Listen Out, Strawberry Fields, Paradise Music Festival, Queenscliff Music Festival 2016, NYE On The Hill 2016, Pitch Music Festival 2017, Groovin’ The Moo 2017 as well as VIVID 2017.

In September, she embarks on Listen Out festival nationally with plans to release her debut album before the year’s end.
